Sharp Technical Services Group (TSG) is continuously striving to enhance a technician's professional development and learning experience. This includes a series of self-paced Online Service Training courses on Sharp Academy.
All required fields in your profile must be accurate and up-to-date to ensure proper reporting of course progress and completion. Be sure to scroll through all categories to add required information. Each course is made up of several subjects, comprised of self-contained modules that include:
A technician can go through the subjects in any order he/she chooses.
Depending on the course, a technician can be certified either by subject within a course or for the course itself.
If your dealership has a Sharp Certified 3T Instructor, then the instructor will complete the certification process with you.
If your dealership does not have a Sharp Certified 3T Instructor, then your Sharp DSS will assist you with your certification.
Sharp Certified 3T Instructors will complete a Service Training Certification with their dealership’s DSS.
To begin, view the Sharp Academy Online Service Training Guide and follow the instructions in the Getting Started section. Prior to enrollment in any course, please make sure that your Profile is completed as required in our Sharp Academy Online Service Training Guide.
Once enrollment is complete, a technician may later select a course from among those available under Course Categories.
Please take the three Core courses before starting any other training course: Core Competencies, Core Monochrome, and Core Color.
